Can I cancel or reschedule a pickup after I have already booked it?
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule anytime before your pickup window through the app or by text. There is no cancellation fee and no penalty. We built the service around your schedule, not ours. Life changes, your laundry service should flex with it.
